Vacations Packages and Tickets are payable in Cash or Credit Cards in some islands at checkout or major credit cards only if purchased online.

A Ticket if purchased alone entitles a Customer to a confirmed space on the Voyage described at the time of purchase. Tickets are non-refundable.

Vacations Packages entitles a Customer a “Hassle Free” traveling experience with hotels, transfers, inter-island transportation, some meals and according to a package purchased.

YES, a fee applies for tickets not used and change for a different travel date.

Tickets purchased ONLINE are non-refundable. Tickets purchased at agency offices are non-refundable if a Customer cancels less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

In some cases due to emergency, a ticket maybe refunded using the same form of payment as the original purchase, less a cancellation fee.No-Show travelers are not entitled to any refunds.
Voyage cancelled by Service Provider other than those caused by natural causes are entitled to full refund.

Carry On:
All Passengers may carry on a maximum of one personal item no larger than 45cm x 33cm x 30cm (e.g. hand bag, brief case, day pack) at less than 8 kg into the passenger accommodation.

Checked baggage: 
Walk-on Passengers shall be permitted to check-in two pieces of baggage, each with no dimensions larger than 33cm x 55cm x 85cm and weight no greater than 25 Kgs onto the luggage cart. 

All Passengers may carry on a maximum of one personal item no larger than 45cm x 33cm x 30cm (e.g. hand bag, brief case, day pack) at less than 10 kg into the passenger accommodation.

Checked baggage: 

Walk-on Passengers shall be permitted to check-in one piece of baggage, with no dimension larger than 33cm x 55cm x 85cm and weight no greater than 25 Kgs onto the luggage cart. Additional pieces of luggage subject to charges at the dock.
