To schedule an appointment within a reasonable time period and conduct an inspection on the property for evaluation and to determine its rate for daily, weekly and monthly occupation. If property meets quality and safety standards for RURAL tourism industry, CaboVerdeOnline.com will forward a contract agreement to you. Once agreement is reviewed and signed, CaboVerdeOnline.com will approved property for BOOKING and you will be able to monitor revenue flow of your property from anywhere in the world.

The Licensee Agrees:

Property Owners: I confirm that I am the owner with a valid deed to the property and fully capable and authorized to enter into a contract with CaboVerdeOnline.com to become an agent of my property for the purposes of virtual management, promotion and marketing of the property for eco-tourism travel needs. I understand that this submittal is for evaluation purposes only and does NOT constitute a contract. I also understand that CaboVerdeOnline.com can reject my submittal and NOT evaluate or approve my property, at which case, it will be approved for promotional purposes only.
